Gotham Citi Cafe was founded in 1996 by Robb Bartolomeo. The idea originally was to bring to Connecticut a club that was tastefully elegant, with archictectural highlights combined with the modern look of performance sound and lights.  The club was to cater exclusively to the gay and lesbian community, but soon after the doors were opened it appeared evident that all walks of life liked the aura of Gotham.  In 1999 Oz After Hours opened, allowing customers to choose which time they left rather than be thrown onto the street like every other venue in the state, this allowing people to dance, socialize and wind down almost into the morning hours, the afterhours has no set closing time, it is judged each evening based on the number of patrons as the night progresses and closes when theirs very few remaining.  With a complete renovation in 2001, and now with the facility home to two unique and different nightclub venues their became a need for a name to tie the entities together, on June 15, 2001 , the complex was grand opened as the "Titan Entertainment Complex" brought to you by the "Titan Entertainment Group".
